Aubrey Miles has been in Boracay for about two weeks now, but the waves at the beach weren't the only things making a splash.
To celebrate her and her eldest son's birth month, the veteran host flew her family to the island paradise for some fun under the sun. When her special day came last March 16, Aubrey welcomed her 42nd year on Earth with an Instagram post that had everyone's jaws on the floor.

With nothing but a glass of champagne in her hands, the TV personality gazed at the camera with a pensive yet inviting look on her face. "When I reached my 40s, I suddenly realized that I have no shame and nothing to hide. What’s there to hide anyway?" she quipped in her caption.
She goes on, saying that, "I’m just sharing how much fun it is to have freedom that I choose for myself. I’m 42 now and how many more years do I wish to live? 30 or 42 more years? That’s why I go for it! I try to live my life freely but with care."
Her comments section was almost immediately flooded with birthday greetings and fire emojis. Aside from adoring fans, her close friends in show biz also sent her their best wishes. Some of these included Iza Calzado, Diana Zubiri, and Geneva Cruz.
With this post, Aubrey quite literally embodied the saying, "If you got it, flaunt it!" Since she began in showbiz, the actress was always one to keep her figure in tip-top condition. She recently began a side-career as a fitness trainer, and has been quite adamant about exercising anywhere and everywhere (even when she's on vacation!)
