Premiering this September 26, 2022, the Filipino adaptation of Start-Up will soon be on your TV screens! Whether you were #TeamGoodBoy or #TeamLivingBuddha, or are one of the people who'll be witnessing the business-savvy story unfold for the first time, the GMA teleserye promises to be a worthy watch.
Starring in it is Bea Alonzo, who'll be taking up the mantle from Hallyu superstar Bae Suzy. In the show's official trailer, we can see the seasoned actress throwing on her blazers and claiming her rightful spot as a CEO in Sandbox. We don't know about you guys, but her character's casual corporate attire seems to fit Bea like a glove.
In one scene, Dani (Bea's character) can be spotted waiting for a special someone in a denim on denim ensemble. Blue-on blue-looks seem to be a perfect color palette for the star!
During a netwoking party organized by her estranged sister, Bea dons a bluish gray blazer dress, which, you have to admit, almost looks identical to the one Suzy wore!
Even with just a hoodie and jeans on, Bea couldn't look any cooler, proudly rocking her red "CEO" tee. Right beside her is Kim Domingo, who'll play their company's designer, Stephanie.
The same way we adored Won In-jae's (Kang Ha Na) ensembles, we're for sure also going to be looking to Ina (Yasmien Kurdi) for inspo on how to make formal wear look anything but bland.
And of course, it wouldn't be Start-Up without the rivalry between the leading lady's two suitors. Jeric Gonzales plays Davidson, a skilled programmer like Nam Do-san (Nam Joo Hyuk), while Alden Richards steps in as Tristan, a venture capitalist who's a softie at heart like Han Ji-pyeong (Kim Seon Ho).
Other artists we can look forward to catching on the show include Royce Cabrera and Boy 2 Quizon as the co-founders of Three Son Tech, Tim Yap as big shot investor Mr. A, and Gina Alajar as Lola Joy, a pinaccle figure in the story.
