Less than four months since they announced their engagement, Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano have officially tied the knot! The celebrity couple took the internet by surprise tonight with photos from their intimate civil wedding ceremony, which took place at The Farm at San Benito in Lipa, Batangas on February 21, 2021.
Needless to say, we couldn't help but zoom in on the beautiful details of their nuptials, including Jessy's minimalist bridal look by Patricia Santos and—not to mention—the newlyweds' jaw-dropping wedding rings.
Turns out, the couple's wedding bands were designed by Manila Diamond Studio, the very same fine jeweler who previously made Jessy's engagement ring—a large, round-cut solitaire diamond that’s flanked on both sides by a trio of smaller diamonds—which reportedly cost a whopping five million pesos.
For their wedding rings, Luis opted for a simple yet shiny gold wedding band while Jessy's ring featured seven brilliant sparklers, three of which are rare pink diamonds.
In an interview with Pep.ph , the groom revealed more info on Jessy's wedding band. "Manila Diamond Studio ang gumawa ng rings namin at sila ang nakaisip ng unique na design na pink diamonds ang ilagay sa wedding band ni Jessy," says Luis, also noting that they'll be wearing the same rings for the bigger wedding they're planning for December of this year.
Judging by how sparkly and impeccably made their wedding bands are, we wouldn't be surprised if they also cost millions!
