Chef Elpi Mijares Jugalbot III shared that he switched to being a vegan while reviewing for his nursing board exam. Creating and experimenting on vegan recipes became his hobby and this eventually led him to put up a restaurant. His menu includes comforting treats like vegetarian chicharon, plant-based bacon, nuggets, and so many more!
