Together, Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris used to be the music industry’s most powerful couple. Although not too long after their amicable breakup, it seems that not much is left from their “huge amount of love and respect.”
Under the pseudonym Nils Sjoberg, it’s been confirmed by Taylor’s camp that the 26-year-old music superstar indeed wrote Calvin’s recent hit "This Is What You Came For" featuring Rihanna. Shortly after, the Scottish DJ also affirmed the rumor himself via Twitter. He wrote, “And she sings on a little bit of it too. Amazing lyric writer and she smashed it as usual.”
He did, however, take the credit (and very rightfully so) for everything else.
It didn't take too long before Calvin's Twitter feed turned into a rant fest, where he called out his ex-girlfriend for maliciously leaking the story. He tweets, "Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though."
He also didn't miss the chance to drop a bomb on #Hiddleswift.
Or, to name-drop another artist who also has bad blood with Tay Sway.
And as for being entangled in all this, here's what Katy Perry has to say:
She even retweeted a post she sent out back in May 2015:
Hmm. Brace yourselves, Swifties! A new song is bound to come out.
