Having spotless underarms is something a lot of people aspire for. Some find that it can help them feel less conscious whenever they raise their arms or wear a sleeveless top. Though, we're here to tell you that you can do those things even without "flawless" underarms.
One celeb who isn't afraid to put her hands up for the 'gram is Sofia Andres. In her book, one of the best ways to show off an OOTD or a brand new tattoo is to place her hands above or behind her head.
That's exactly what she did when she had not one, but eight dainty flowers imprinted on the underside of her left arm. Done by Cebuano tattoo artist Jello Talaboc, Sofia's new tattoos were simply too cute not to flaunt.
Last April 8, the actress took to Instagram to post another selfie doing her signature arms up pose. Only this time, she had quite the pointed caption with it. "What [the] h*ck is wrong with people. Zoom it in all you want," it reads.
It's suggested that the post is centered around her underarm, and is supposedly a call-out to people who've ridiculed or bashed her for how it looks. In an interview with Preview, Sofia confirms that she made the post after Jello shared the photos of her tattoos.
A scroll through her comments show a number of netizens uplifting her and even making quips about how faultless her underarm actually is.
It looks like no unnecessary comments or jeers could bring the celeb mom (or her arms) down. For anyone out there who may be a bit hesitant to flaunt their own body, the actress implores you to "just focus on yourself and that's how you'll survive in life." Hear, hear, Sofia!
