The beauty queen and fashion personality had to cut her trip shorter than usual.

Pia Wurtzbach made the most of her time at Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2025 before leaving earlier than usual—juggling fittings, runway shows, and a quick trip to Rome before heading back to Manila. In one of her vlogs, the beauty queen and fashion week regular shared the reason behind her early departure, detailing a whirlwind itinerary that included stops in both Paris and Rome.

Pia, who often stays for the full duration of fashion week, had to cut her trip short this season due to commitments in Manila.

“My adrenaline’s still there, you know? Like, I wish we could have stayed longer,” she said. “We're not used to going home this early. Alam mo 'yung feeling na paganun ka palang tapos biglang, gotta go home.”

Among her upcoming engagements, she mentioned her role as a speaker at She Talks Asia for Women’s Month, as well as responsibilities for her youth center.

“This is also crunch time for me,” she shared. “....and all of this is happening in the next couple of days.”

Before leaving Europe, Pia made a stop in Rome to visit Bulgari’s creative director Lucia Silvestri. She had a private meeting at the creative director’s office, where she was able to see rare gemstones up close and learn more about the brand’s high jewelry craftsmanship.

“I couldn’t move my Paris fitting for Dior to a later date because it was already set,” she explained. “But I also wanted to go to Rome with Bulgari. So from Milan, we went to Paris. I did my fitting first in Paris, then I took a flight to Rome, and on the same day, I went back to Paris.”

Despite the tight schedule, Pia shared her enthusiasm about the rare opportunity to visit the Bulgari headquarters.

“When do you ever get an invitation like that—so private and so intimate—to the creative director’s office, who is also a woman that I admire and that I look up to?” she said. “I want to learn more about the gemstones, I want to learn more about the brand.”

Before flying out, Pia attended Dior’s Fall/Winter 2025 show in Paris. She shared her thoughts on the collection, which was inspired by Virginia Woolf’s novel Orlando: A Biography.

“That was a performance,” she said. “You were transported into different eras. There was a lot of contrast—feminine and masculine, structured and soft, historical and modern—everything put together.”

After wrapping up her trip, Pia was set to resume work and personal commitments back in Manila.

“Even though it feels like we're missing out because we're not finishing the whole week, I’m really trusting the advice I got from people that I respect,” she said. “You should know when to pull back and when to push forward. Balance is key.”
