Here's what we know about "Record of Youth" so far.

PSA: Netflix has officially announced that it will be streaming tvN's upcoming drama Record of Youth, and we are ecstatic! Alternatively titled The Moment, the fashionable series, starring Park Bo Gum and Park So Dam, will reportedly follow three young characters trying to make it big in the modeling industry. An article by Soompi further elaborates on the K-drama as "a story about the youth of this generation... whose passion leads them to push forward with their dreams."

Eager to learn more about the series? Here's what we know so far.

1. The cast

As mentioned above, we're more than ready to swoon with Park Bo Gum top-billing the series. Record of Youth marks his return to the silver screen after Encounter, and his short but sweet surprise cameo on Itaewon Class in that scene with Kwon Nara. Set to star alongside Bo Gum is Park So Dam, who transitioned into a household name last year with the groundbreaking success of her Oscar-winning film Parasite. Joining the powerhouse duo is Byeon Woo Seok who's recently starred in Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency, and Search: WWW.

2. The characters

Bo Gum will portray Sa Hye Jun, an aspiring model and actor who, according to a release by Netflix, is "a pragmatic and ambitious young man juggling idealism with the reality of everyday life. He has an optimistic and amiable personality that is well balanced out by an objective and flexible sense of judgment."

Meanwhile, So Dam is set to star as An Jeong Ha. An aspiring makeup artist, she's described as a "smart young woman with a strong sense of self. With inherent wit and hard work, she follows her own path and finds security in her own unwavering resolve under external pressures."

Lastly, Woo Seok will be playing Won Hae Hyo, Hye Jun's bestfriend who was born into privilege but works hard to prove his worth regardless of his roots. He's said to be "friendly and gentle, but competitive."

3. The crew

It looks like the story's in good hands with director Ahn Gil Ho at the helm. Included in his eclectic body of work, which manily consists of TV series, are the Hyun Bin-led drama Memories of Alhambra, and most recently, the OCN crime-thriller Watcher. Joining Gil Ho to pen the script is  Ha Myeong Hee best known for her romantic dramas Doctors, and Temperature of Love.
