When Megan Young tied the knot with longtime beau Mikael Daez (in not just one but two ceremonies!), we couldn't get over all the laidback details that had us rethinking our fairytale wedding Pinterest boards. Not only did she drive to her own wedding, but she hosted it herself along with her groom, too!
As if we need more reasons to love Megan Young, we stumbled upon this underrated gem of a video posted by makeup artist to the stars Albert Kurniawan (who has his own channel, by the way, so hit that subscribe button, stat). In the video, Albert pleads to raid Megan's bag, and we were a little surprised by her tote of choice—err, in this case, backpack. For her everyday adventures—drumroll, please!—Megan carries an Anello Rucksack Mini in coral pink, which we honestly associate with going to school. It just proves how low maintenance Megan really is!

The first item she proudly fished out of her backpack was her precious Nintendo Switch decorated with stickers. "'Lagi ko siyang dinadala para kung may waiting time, at least sulit yung oras ko," she says. She then asks Albert to close his eyes and places (gasp!) a pair of socks in his hands. If you're a beauty gal, you're probably wondering where Megan's makeup is. Well, she revealed that she—wait for it—does not bring makeup at all! She explains that she puts on makeup in the morning (just a cheek tint and mascara) and heads out the door, and that will last her an entire day. Gosh, we can only aspire to be as fresh as her so as not to require a vanity kit whatsoever!
As for the usual grooming stuff like tissue and wet wipes... "Pwede naman akong humingi sa mga friends kong girls!" she jokes. But then again, knowing her, we think she's pretty serious.
