Attention, dessert lovers. Here’s a new snack to sink your teeth into: Kumori’s Choco Lava Tarts!
Wrapped in a crunchy tart shell similar to their signature Cheese Tart, the Japanese bakery’s latest creation offers the kind of melt-in-your-mouth goodness that any sweet tooth won’t be able to resist.
It’s all thanks, of course, to the tart’s sweet center, infused with rich, cheese chocolate ganache, inviting you to take bite after bite. Best served warm, don’t forget to pop them into the microwave for a few seconds to get the lusciously smooth and creamy texture on your tastebuds.
Kumori’s Choco Lava Tart is available in boxes of six for P330. It’s now available in all of their branches nationwide, and online at their website.
If you want something out of the ordinary, Kumori also has their limited-edition Charcoal Melon Pan. In collaboration with frozen yogurt chain BLK 513, this black-colored pastry is, "enveloped in an activated-charcoal cookie crust and filled with indulgent cream cheese."
