Located in Baliwag, Bulacan (hence, the name!), visitors will first gaze upon its inviting structure destined to be the backdrop of several snaps. The glass and grid facade is one of the cafe’s distinguishable features, highlighted by its deep pink frame that serves as a bright pop of color on the greenery-filled pathway.
Inside, the cafe’s interiors are also something to boast about. In the daytime, The Baliwag Grocer Café’s glass windows shed a generous amount of natural light to its minimalist pastel aesthetic. Pink and mint green are its usual shades, with rattan chairs and plants that give the place a tropical touch.
Baliwag’s food, of course, is a centerpiece in itself. The grocer café serves all-day breakfast with Filipino favorites like Beef Bistek Tagalog (P150) and Sweet Longganisa (P100), while omelets come aplenty for those who opt for something more continental.
