Belo Medical Group Unveils XIGLO, Its First Aesthetics and Wellness Clinic

Dr. Dominik Thor co-directed the world’s first doctoral program in medicine specializing in longevity sciences at Ovidius University in Romania. He holds patented breakthroughs in cell regeneration and skin rejuvenation in Europe and the United States, and he is currently a visiting professor at the Mayo Clinic Center for Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery in the U.S.

Dr. Dominik Thor is also at the helm of XIGLO as the Belo Medical Group’s consultant, helping develop its clinical framework. With his expertise, XIGLO aims to bring world-class precision longevity medicine to the country. “It is always going to be ultra-personalized,” he said.

He also emphasized that precision longevity is “a long-term process, not a one-off treatment.” As he explained, “It has to be built on scientific evidence, rooted in ethics and oversight. You are influencing the trajectory of a patient's life.”

The wellness journey begins with a consultation with a precision longevity physician, during which the patient’s medical history is reviewed and health goals are established. From there, recommended diagnostic tests help determine a personal baseline, which specialists use to develop an individualized treatment plan.
