Having a proper schedule to eat the right kind and quantity of food isn’t only kind to your digestion, but also lessens your chances of overeating.
4. Get physical.
Yes, we know it’s hard to move around in the office, but even something as simple as taking the stairs or walking around every three hours can help you get and stay fit.
