Though her pageant dreams were never a secret, Kisses Delavin still caught the public by surprise when she was revealed as a Miss Universe Philippines 2021 delegate. Now, the PBB alum is continuing to take the lead in the competition, thanks to immense support of her fans.
Just a day ago, the MUP organization announced that Kisses received the highest number of votes for the Headshot Challenge. Content creator Ayn Bernos and Asia's Next Top Model winner Maureen Wroblewitz, two other poopular delegates, landed the second and third spot, respectively.
Kisses (or rather, Kirsten Danielle Delavin) uploaded a selfie on Instagram the following day to thank everyone for voting. She wrote, "Hello Universe!!! Maraming maraming Salamat po!!! Love, Kisses".
That said, what stood out to us about this post was the sultry beauty look she was wearing in the photo. The young, fresh-out-of-reality-TV Kisses we knew who rarely wore a smokey eye and dark lips is rocking exactly that in this snap. It's also the first time she debuted a pageant-ready look on social media. We don't know about you, but it could definitely be a message that she's all grown up and ready to take on the competition!
Aces and Queens styling mentor Mikee Andrei shared more photos of the 22-year-old in full glam. From the looks of it, Kisses is looking to change her makeup style entirely as a delegate. She now sports slim brows with a higher arch—a classic trick for adding sharper angles to the face.
She's no longer shying away from precise contouring, kohl-rimmed eyes, and bold winged eyeliner either. Perfectly lined lips in standout shades are also her new go-to! Meanwhile, her signature hair now appears to be a sleek, straight style with a defined middle part.
