Glossier Launches New Lip Glaze Featuring KATSEYE

The cult-favorite beauty brand's newest release, Lip Glaze, is set to hit the stores on May 20, 2025.

When thinking about the global girl group KATSEYE, some of the things that come to mind are catchy music, gnarly dance moves, cool and cropped outfits, and face cards that never decline. In everything, the distinct personalities of each member shines through, and they are now bringing their energy to debut the Lip Glaze by Glossier.

Individuality has always been spotlighted by Glossier, with the idea that skincare and makeup should cater to your freedom of expression and be built by you. There is no better group who embodies this than KATSEYE, whose lineup includes Sophia Laforteza from the Philippines, Manon Bannerman from Switzerland, Cuban/Venezuelan-American Daniela Avanzini from Atlanta, Chinese-American Megan Skiendiel from Honolulu, Indian-American Lara Raj from New York, and Jeung Yoonchae from South Korea.

Combining the group’s versatility with Glossier’s philosophy, the Lip Glaze comes in six universal shades that complements various skin tones and represents different personalities. Daniela wears the clear blue Icy, while Yoonchae dons the clear lilac Frosty. Chilly, a cool baby pink, is Sophia’s pick, and Tangy, a coral pink, is Megan’s. Manon opts for the warm rose shade called Creamy, and Lara goes with the rich red brown that is Melty.

The Lip Glaze is equipped with nine botanical oils that give a smooth and soft texture, apricot and raspberry seed oils that provide plumping and hydration, and liquid shea butter that deeply nourishes the lips while keeping the product lightweight. The lip oil also has a chilled glaze, with menthol-derived cooling agents bringing that minty-fresh feel. The non-sticky shine can be worn on its own or layered with other lip products.

May 20, 2025 is the official release date of the Lip Glaze, coming in 8ml tubes and retailing for P1,400 at the Glossier and Sephora stores and websites. Build the anticipation by watching KATSEYE’s Get Ready with Me video, where they reveal their makeup routines and Glossier favorites.
