And to prove just how much your polish can add to your look, Kathryn's newest Kathnails campaign features the actress in the cutest manicures that'll make you want one for yourself.
Kathryn's technicolored nails stood out against her pink ensemble and backdrop. After all, why pick one polish color when you can wear everything you want at the same time?
The trick to pulling off a bold look like this is to wear them in a solid color—skip the patterns if you're still trying it out. In fact, Kathryn does the same thing to keep her manicures simple. "I like classic solid colors lang. I’ve tried nail art once in my whole life [laughs]," she tells Preview.
Speaking of classic colors, the actress also revealed her no-brainer polish hues, and their frequent appearance on her IG feed is proof. For a neutral color, she thinks you can't go wrong with a nailbed painted white.
When she's up for more color, Kathryn says she prefers deep and elegant shades like midnight blue and oxblood.
