The country's most awaited underwear show is coming back with a bang this year with Bench Under the Stars, just in time for the local brand's 30th anniversary. In preparation for this grand fashion show, naturally, the faces of Bench are putting their game faces on at the gym so they could flaunt their fittest bods down the runway. Need proof? We took a closer look at some of their fitness routines for you, and these stars mean serious business—see what we mean below!

Julia Barretto

Julia is working double time with her trainer Bok Santos, who's helping her get her ab, glute, and core workouts in check. And from the looks of her body now, it's definitely paying off!

Solenn Heussaff

With or without a fashion show to prep for, you better believe that Solenn always has her head in the fitness game. We often see the It girl posting workout selfies on IG stories—proof that consistency is key. Strength training, cardio, and even yoga seem to be this Bench girl's workouts of choice!


Lovi Poe

Lovi's Bench body is thanks to the wide array of workouts that she does. She's definitely a pilates fan, but she also does circuit and strength training with her trainer Russell Cayondong. The actress even has her own fitness hashtag: #LoviYourBody. 

Kim Chiu

Also training under coach Russell is Kim, who recently went under his wing to prep for the Bench show. See her do some impressive lifting below!

Kim Domingo

This newly-launched Bench Body model spends her time at the gym doing muai thai and pilates, and she's for sure not short on motivation. Her cooking skills come in handy with keeping her figure as well, because who needs fastfood when you have delicious home-cooked meals?

Bianca King

Health buff Bianca King was also recently launched as a new Bench Body. On her Instagram, you'll notice her kick for zen workouts like yoga. And in case you think only moving workouts give you results, Bianca also meditates! Add that to her healthy food choices and you'll have a bod all ready to go for the show!


Max Collins

Max is a bride-to-be, so on top of prepping for the underwear show, she's also clocking in extra hours at the gym for her upcoming wedding. Like most of the Bench endorsers, she loves pilates and strength training.
