Heart Evangelista is back in Manila after having a grand time at New York Fashion Week—and the first on her to-do list? Getting a tattoo!

Heart dropped by her trusted local tattoo shop, P&P Tattoo, and the actress even posted a couple of photos on her IG stories:

Heart first got an ear piercing. After which, she also decided to get inked for the first time, revealing that she has "always wanted a little, little one."

Look at that dainty heart tattoo she got on her left wrist!
