She had an emotional speech about the reason why she entered the beauty business.

Vice Ganda's powerful It's Showtime performance about self-esteem prompted an emotional response out of Dr. Vicki Belo, who was one of the judges. The stage featured the noontime show host in several hair and outfit changes while belting empowering anthems such as Survivor and I Am My Hair, and it appears to be a response to all the negative comments he receives about his looks.

In her speech, Dr. Vicki praised Vice for being inclusive and sending a positive message. "It's really your nature na walang naiiwan, gusto mong kasama lahat," she tells him. "You're really 'Ganda for All,' saka ayaw mong may nabu-bully."

The beauty doctor then opened up about her own experience with bullying, revealing that it was the reason that motivated her to pursue a career in beauty. "When I was a child, I was very fat. I was five years old, I weighed a hundred pounds, and I was adopted—so ampon po ako ng mga Belo," she reveals. "And 'yung mga kids tinutukso ako na, 'Bakit ka pinamigay? Dahil pangit ka? O dahil ang taba mo?' So I think people don't understand that the reason I went into beauty is because I want to make everyone feel beautiful. 'Cause when they're beautiful they're more loved, accepted, 'di ba?"

Addressing Vice, a teary-eyed Dr. Vicki continues, "But you are showing everyone that you are beautiful all the time. There's no ugly person in this world, whether there's no hair, you accept them and you love them. You're an inspiration to a lot of people na kayang kaya to be themselves and magsa-succeed sila."
