And with summer just a few months away, the pressure is definitely on! To help us out, we had fitness coach Dandy Chua (@hit_man_dan) provide us with a workout regimen guaranteed to develop Instaworthy glutes. Check it out below.
According to coach Dandy, you should see results in three to six months if you do the workouts two to three times a week.
1. Backsquats: 4 rounds, split in increments of 12, 10, 10, and 8
2. Lunges with kickbacks: 3 rounds, 10 times per leg
3. Glute kickbacks: 2 rounds, 15 times per leg
