Aesop's First Cream Body Cleanser Is Finally Here

Preview visited Aesop to confirm that the rumors are true: It’s what’s been missing from our shower rituals.

Sensory pleasure has always been one of the things that drives Aesop forward—apart from the attention to detail and thoughtful ingredients poured into their creations, of course. The Eleos Nourishing Body Cleanser is the latest addition to their skincare arsenal, and Preview got the chance to visit their branch in SM Aura and experience its performance firsthand.

With a penchant for well-considered design, you can expect each Aesop store to be personal and unique. Their spot in SM Aura, in particular, was inspired by the Metropolitan Theater, further presenting skincare as an art and a creative part of routines. The walls were adorned with tiles that sustainably mimic capiz shells using wood wool. The store comes complete with a fragrance library and sinks that allow visitors to get a glimpse of the Aesop way of life.

The Eleos Nourishing Body Cleanser

Following eight years of experimentation, Aesop’s first-ever cream body cleanser is finally here. It was formulated to have a gentle, rich, and comforting texture that’s suitable for sensitive and dry skin. Infused with hydrating elements such as Shea Butter, Jojoba Seed, and Vitamin E, no inch of skin will be left without feeling soft and supple. The Eleos Nourishing Body Cleanser gives a cool and refreshing feeling, topped off with a woody and herbaceous aroma achieved with essential oils of Cedar Atlas, Patchouli and Clove Bud.
