Last July 3, Miss Grand International representatives Nicole Cordoves and Samantha Bernardo made our feeds sizzle with the reveal of their collaboration shoot. The beauty queens, who both won first runner-up at the pageant in 2016 and 2020, posed together in matching outfits that had our (and everyone else's) jaws dropping to the floor.
The pair posted the photos on Instagram, Samantha sharing it with a powerful caption: "Never UNIVERSE, but ALWAYS GRAND."
The set was photographed by Dookie Ducay and features hair and makeup by Paul Nebres and Jelly Eugenio. In the photos, Samantha and Nicole were stood against a sunset-colored backdrop, which may or may not be a reference to the fiery looks they served in the shoot—specifically, these sultry bodysuits that fit them like a glove!
Stylist Bonita Penaranda dressed the duo in monochrome nude and black looks, pairing one-pieces with knee-length strappy heels and boots. And if you're a fan of skin-baring swimsuits, it'll be no surprise to you that the pieces they wore are by Filipino designer Boom Sason, whose Quick Custom line is known for this ultra-sexy silhouette.
For her layout, Nicole Cordoves sported the Jozie Bodysuit in black. It features a more daring take on the designer's signature high-cut bottoms, balanced out with modest long sleeves and cutouts at the abdomen and chest.
If you're looking for a breezier suit from the waist up, the nude one-piece Samantha donned for shoot will be more your speed. The style is called Rigel, and it comes with short sleeves and a demurely-fitted high-cut bottom. It has the same cool cutout as Nicole's to show off even more skin!
