The Exact Modern Barongs Worn by K-Pop Group ENHYPEN in Their Latest Ad

Have you seen ENHYPEN’s newest Dunkin’ PH ad?

If you haven’t yet, the 30-second ad features the K-pop boy group dressed in modern barongs. Following their appointment as the brand’s local ambassadors in March 2024, this new campaign marks their second with the food and beverage chain.

Aptly titled “Take Me Home,” the concept naturally called for the members—Sunghoon, Jungwon, Sunoo, Jay, Jake, Ni-ki, and Heeseung—to appear in something that immediately felt Filipino.

The outfits were the ad’s most defining detail. Styled with relaxed trousers and crisp white tees, the ad sees the seven members dressed in barongs that were unmistakably created by homegrown designer Kelvin Morales.

A 2025 Best Filipino Fashion Designer honoree, Kelvin is best known for his distinct take on the modern barong.

While the traditional silhouette is defined by symmetrical embroidery along the chest, his designs depart from this convention by using asymmetrical, free-form motifs inspired by nature. His designs span both long- and short-sleeved cuts, alongside varied collar constructions, often featuring meticulous embroidered detailing that references marine life, landscapes, and organic forms.

The barongs featured in the campaign are part of Kelvin’s ready-to-wear line. The exact pieces are currently available on the brand’s official website, kelvinmoralesph.com, with prices ranging between P14,600 and P40,800.
