If you've been following Mimiyuuuh and all her luxe streetwear OOTDs, then you know how much the vlogger-turned-celebrity loves her Margiela Tabi boots. She matches her beige (or silver) pair with anything—from pleated trousers, to oversized shirts, to romantic blouses. The understated boots add extra oomph to any look!
The cult design from Maison Margiela was inspired by the traditional Japanese jaki-tabi waterproof shoes that were used in the early 20th century, and they were modelled to conform to the traditional split-toe socks.
That said, you can only slip into those Margiela boots (if you want to feel comfortable, at least), when you own the said sock. Without it, we reckon you might resort to slitting your own pair of socks—and we couldn't blame you if you've actually done so!
Mimiyuuuh confesses to having this problem for a long time. "Ang tagal kong naghahanap kasi sa Japan mahal. Sa Japan 700 pesos sa isang pair! Naloka ako!" As the savvy online shopper that she is, Mimiyuuuh was finally able to snag a pair of the hard-to-find socks—and on Lazada nonetheless! The best part? It cost her less than 200 pesos.

Naturally, Mimiyuuuh hoarded the socks like a child in a candy store and got around nine pairs in total, all in the colors white, black, and gray. If you, too, are an ardent fan of these cool-girl boots, you can go ahead and hit 'Add to Cart' now and thank Mimiyuuuh for the hot tip.
