The Presidential granddaughter Isabelle Duterte is about to celebrate her 18th birthday. And like most girls, she's going to have a debut. But while there's no definite date or venue yet for her celebration, Belle is already the talk of the town. Daughter to Davao city Mayor Paolo Duterte, Belle gathered a team of stylists to put together a pre-debut photoshoot (lensed by Lito Sy) at the Malacañang Palace.
In an interview with Preview, Jeff Galang who styled Belle for the photo session, says that the idea to shoot at the Palace actually came from Belle's camp. "I was just informed early this month that we will be shooting there," he adds. On the debutante's extravagant gowns, the stylist said, "I provided everything. [I] comissioned all the designers just for the shoot." (And just in case you were wondering, the stylist also returned the said gowns back to their respective designers.)

Jeff shares, "We had the ball gown shipped from Dubai. Belle gave me full liberty to choose whatever wardrobe that I think would suit her personality." Here's a closer look of the dress:
She also wore a pale pink gown adorned with feathers by local designer Rosenthal Tee.

Jeff also tapped local designer Rica Rico for a floral number worn by Isabelle against a golden arch.

The stylist also explained that with the theme "Belle of the Ball," it was only logical to have the shoot in an actual palace. Jeff further adds, "I honestly lost count on the number of spots the we used for the shoot. But mostly, we shot in areas also open to the general public."
