Craving for a new pair of retro kicks?

In case you haven't noticed, retro sneakers have been experiencing a fashion renaissance, with a bevy of brands releasing updated versions of their archival models. The great thing about retro kicks is their very versatility—because of their timeless look and classic colorways, you can bet you'll be maximizing the heck out of your pair. Need to finish off your streetwear look? Want to dress down a pleated skirt? You can rely on a good ol' pair of vintage-style sneakers, no matter which decade they were created.

For those who love the trend as much as we do, then you'll love this gorgeous new model from French sportswear brand Lacoste. Called the T-Clip, these sporty everyday kicks feature leather and suede uppers that are texturized by breathable mesh fabric. Not only are they inspired by chunky '80s-style sneakers, but they're also a hybrid of two of the brand's most iconic models: the Sideline, a sleek pair of trainers, and the Thrill, a more rugged design with perforated leather.

There's more to love about the T-Clip, though. Its streamlined look was actually inspired by the clean lines of a tennis court, lending the shoe its sporty appeal. Not to mention, the T-Clip also comes in totally wearable colorways that will add a subtle pop of color to your OOTDs. The four colorways include off-white with red and navy blue accents, coral, bright yellow, and solid off-white (a cool alternative to your pure white sneaks!).

Not sure which pair you're copping first? We suggest trying the off-white design with the red and navy blue accents. The primary colors make it a classic pair you'll be proud to sport years down the line. Plus, it's a subtle nod to Lacoste's French heritage.
