The actress, who drove around with her pregnant sister Cam Ongpauco and the rest of the crew while looking for a street food vendor, admittedly had a lot of fun during the said challenge. She documented herself enjoying a good serving of fish balls, which is a classic Pinoy fave. She even bought popsicles for the whole gang to feast on for dessert.
While Heart made our mouths water with everything they sampled, she also had us swooning over her super chic black-and-white OOTD. Surely, you can count on this style star to eat fish balls off a stick on the street and still look fabulous while doing it!

Injecting pizzazz to her already jawdropping 'fit, Heart peppered her multiple ear piercings with a selection of hoop earrings. She went with a mini Lady Dior as her chosen arm candy and accessorized with black oversized sunglasses. She also added extra inches to her height by opting for a pair of black ankle-strapped platform heels. Finally, the statement black bow on her meticulously styled 'do is the cherry on top of this runway-worthy look!
