1. Carrie Underwood wore local designer Yves Camingue. 

We spotted renowned singer Carrie Underwood clad in a sparkly Yves Camingue top from the local designer's Resort 2018 collection. “The ruffled lured top was pulled out by Hollywood-based costume designer and stylist Marina Toybina through my showroom placement in L.A., which is in The Archives & Showroom,” he says. “Carrie wore the YvesCMNG top for a live performance on The Jimmy Kimmel Show.” The top is still available for purchase online, priced at P4999. 

2. Nike just released a new sneaker with Kendrick Lamar. 

Nike unveils a new collaborative sneaker with singer Kendrick Lamar. The two releases the Nike Cortez Kenny IV House Shoe inspired by Kendrick’s LA roots; it features Nike’s sleek silhouettes coupled with utmost comfort. It’s set to be available in the Philippines by October 20.

3. Balenciaga is getting sued by an air freshener company. 

Balenciaga is facing a lawsuit for allegedly copying the design of the iconic Little Trees air freshener. The luxury house released a keychain that bears a similar-looking design of the air freshener, which the company had trademarked in 1952.

4. Karlie Kloss just tied the knot in a custom Dior gown.

Just about three months since the model and her fiancé Josh Kushner announced their engagement, the couple wed in a small ceremony in New York. The bride wore a custom Dior gown that featured a strapless bodice with a lace V-neck overlay and 3/4-length sleeves. Congratulations!

5. A Zendaya x Tommy Hilfiger collab is in the works. 

Tommy Hilfiger announces his newest women’s ambassador: Zendaya. The young actress follows Gigi Hadid, who has previously created collections with the American designer. While Gigi’s collection highlighted athleisure and sporty pieces, we’re expecting a more eclectic aesthetic from Zendaya, based on the brand’s colorful and vibrant ‘70s-inspired campaign teasers.

6. Sarah Jessica Parker is opening her own shoe boutique in New York.

Real-life Carrie Bradshaw, Sarah Jessica Parker has recently opened a permanent shoe store at the South Street Seaport District. Her label, SJP, was founded together with the president of Manolo Blahnik USA, George Malkemus. The actress also runs a pop-up store in uptown New York and has previously stocked her shoes in luxury stores like Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Her shoe prices range from $250 to $600 and all pairs are handmade in Italy.
