As KPop Demon Hunters continually gains global acclaim, cast member Ahn Hyo Seop makes his debut on American television with a guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. As the voice behind Saja Boys leader Jinu, the Korean actor was joined by the real-life Rumi, Arden Cho, as they discussed the film and its seismic success. For the late-night convo, Hyo Seop suited up in a chic ensemble from Saint Laurent's Spring/Summer 2026 collection.

Uncannily enough, the talk show was only the second time Hyo Seop and Arden got to meet in person, as most of their recording sessions were held remotely. A fan of their work on the movie, Jimmy curiously inquired about how they were cast in their roles. Arden reveals that she initially auditioned for Celine, Rumi's aunt, and only got a callback for the lead character a year later.

Meanwhile, Hyo Seop was naturally intrigued by the premise of combining the world of K-pop and demon hunting. "I thought, 'Okay, this could be very interesting or very weird,'" he told the host.

The K-drama star shared his affinity for animated films, citing Disney's Frozen as his personal favorite. "I know how impactful it is for kids to have these kinds of meaningful animations. And to be able to be on the other side, to give back the message to kids, it just felt really special," he opened up.

Speaking of his character, Hyo Seop states that he never thought of Jinu as a demon, but rather, as a human being facing the consequences of his mistakes. "And through Jinu, I wanted to kind of send the message that, you know, in order to overcome your mistake, you just got to accept it, accept who you are, and just move on," he stated. "[And] I think we all have a little demon inside of us."

KPop Demon Hunters is fresh off a twosome of victories at the 2026 Golden Globes, where they bagged the Best Animated Feature Film and Best Original Song trophies. Catch Hyo Seop and Arden's full interview with Jimmy Fallon here.

The Exact Saint Laurent Suit Ahn Hyo Seop Wore

For their chat with Jimmy, Hyo Seop and Arden seemed to have agreed on a yellow color palette, presumably harking back to Rumi's now-iconic costume. Hyo Seop decided to don the sunny hue with a three-piece suit from Saint Laurent's showcase at Paris Fashion Week last June 2025.

The look comprised a khaki blazer with matching trousers, a crisp yellow button-down, and a silk tie tucked in between shirt buttons. The collection was praised for its classic concepts juxtaposed by lively color schemes and exaggerated silhouettes. Hyo Seop's fit, specifically, was Look 10. To make the ensemble his own, he ditched the oversized frames and swapped the brown brogues for patent black ones.
