They’ve called it “The Tale of Two Oranges.” Oppo has collaborated with one of our favorite fragrance houses, Jo Malone London, for the launch of their new Find X2 Pro Orange Vegan Leather Edition, and it has quite a few aesthetic features apart from the new software.
First, they’ve made their latest smartphone more special as its back is rather luxuriously wrapped in vegan leather. Not only is it water- (IP68) and oil-proof, it’s resistant to high temperatures, humidity and general wear and tear. The material also prevents those pesky fingerprint stains that stick to metal cases. It definitely feels great to the touch and has less danger of slipping off a surface. Plus, the gold hardware elevates the minimalist design.
Next, to help you experience Oppo’s new custom Android software ColorOS, you can download for free from the OPPO Theme Store a series of exclusive wallpapers created together with Jo Malone London done in lovely line art, and colored with subdued hues of tangerine, sage, mustard, pale pinks, and blues. These visuals really come alive with the phone’s QHD+ Ultra Vision feature. Its display supports HDR10+, which means it can show more colors, improving the overall image quality that you see. With this phone, you can also download for free a 30-minute music track named “The Tale of Two Oranges” composed by Indonesian music arranger, Adra Karim. This, together with a new white noise app called OPPO Relax, lets the cinematic experience of the phones Dolby Atmos speakers really shine.
Other cool tech perks you’ll find in this premium phone are a speedy interface that uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, and aa 65W charger that lets you fully charge your battery in about 30 minutes.
