At P1,500 a bowl, this isn't your everyday ramen. Each serving of these noodles has a trio of mushrooms—king, enoki, and shimeji—along with shavings of summer truffles swimming in Marudori's signature Shio Paitan broth. As if that wasn't fancy enough, there's also a generous slab of seared foie gras on top of each bowl.
