If you've never heard of Vizco's, you're in for a treat.

Baguio is a famed summer destination for many reasons—there’s the cool highland climate, the horseback rides, and the renowned Bencab Museum. But no trip to Baguio is complete without taking a trip to restaurant and cake shop Vizco’s for a taste of their famous Strawberry Shortcake, which is soft and creamy and full of juicy fresh strawberries. While we’re all waiting for the chance to be able to travel safely again, you can still get your fix without even leaving your house. Love, Strawberry now delivers their famed creations straight from Baguio around Metro Manila, including the Strawberry Shortcake (P1,080/six inches, P1,375/eight inches), Ube Cake (P920/six inches, P1,130/eight inches), Mango Cake (P920/six inches, P1,130/eight inches), and Carrot Cake (P1,610).

Vizco's is located along Session Road, Baguio and was established in 2004. According to Yummy.ph, owner Jackie Vizcocho Dizon first came out with the Strawberry Shortcake that same year. The recipe then changed over the next months before being finalized in 2006.
