Just like cinnamon rolls, this pastry features a soft, bread-like dough rolled up in a swirled shape, but this time around, the bread base is ube-flavored and features that unmistakable bright violet color we all know and love. It's filled with chunks of delicious melted cheese folded into the roll and it's topped with cream cheese frosting for the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and tangy. Have it for breakfast or merienda. It'll go great with your usual cup of coffee!
