We don't know about you, but we couldn't help but notice sparks flying between Won In-jae (Kang Han Na) and Kim Yong-san (Kim Do Wan) during their brief conversation in the Start-Up finale. Too bad it was already the last episode and we couldn’t get more moments between the two! Their chemistry was really evident, don’t you think?

Luckily, it looks like our fantasy pairing would be turning into a reality soon. Kang Han Na and Kim Do Wan have both been confirmed to reunite in a new K-drama—and they’re likely to be playing a couple, too!
The Start-Up stars are set to join the cast of a new drama headlined by Jang Ki Yong and Hyeri, tentatively titled Frightening Cohabitation, which is based on a webtoon about “a female college student named Lee Dam (Hyeri) who accidentally swallows the marble of a 999-year-old male gumiho” a.k.a. a mythical nine-tailed fox named Shin Woo Yeo (Jang Ki Yong).
According to Soompi, Kang Han Na will be playing the role of Yang Hye Sun, Shin Woo Yeo’s friend and “a former gumiho who achieved her dream of becoming a human.” She has good looks and an innocent heart. And while she may look perfect on the outside, she’s also rather clumsy and naive.
Meanwhile, Kim Do Wan will take on the role of Do Jae Jin. “When he falls in love, he’s ready to give up everything, including his life and organs,” Soompi says of his character. “He is Lee Dam’s close friend. Despite his good looks, good physique, and good personality, he is unable to find true love. He ends up falling in love with Yang Hye Sun, the former gumiho.”
Frightening Cohabitation, to be directed by Nam Sung Woo (Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo, 100 Days My Prince) and co-written by Baek Sun Woo and Choi Bo Rim, is slated to be released sometime in the first half of 2021.
It already sounds like our future K-drama obsession! We can’t wait!
