BTS Jin's IGIN Officially Arrives in the Philippines

The wait is over for Filipino ARMYs and spirit lovers alike: IGIN, the premium Korean apple gin backed by BTS member Jin, has officially landed in the Philippines. The local launch makes its debut in the Philippines this October, marking the country as IGIN’s first stop in Southeast Asia.

IGIN has already made waves in Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, but the Philippines is its first stop in Southeast Asia. The brand, which blends traditional Korean liquor-making with a playful, modern touch, is fronted globally by BTS’ Jin.

The local release is a soft launch, with limited quantities available exclusively on Tags on Tags, a new lifestyle concept store set to expand with more cultural finds and collaborations.

“Being the very first country in Southeast Asia to have IGIN is incredibly special,” the team behind the launch shared. “And this is just the beginning—watch out for more exciting drops, collaborations, and hopefully a nationwide launch soon.”

IGIN Apple Gin is a crisp, fruit-forward gin distilled from premium Korean rice and fresh apples. At 40% ABV, it balances strength with smooth drinkability—great for cocktails or sipping neat.

For those who prefer a ready-to-drink option, IGIN Dalkom Tonic delivers a lightly sparkling cocktail in a collectible 500mL can. With a fruity blend of Korean apple and watermelon, this 4% ABV drink is refreshing, sweet, and designed for any occasion.

If you’re after something with a tangy kick, the IGIN Saekom Tonic combines Korean apple with plum for a zesty twist. Like its sweeter counterpart, it’s packaged in vibrant cans with smiley-themed art, making it both fun and collectible.
