Just over a day ago, newlywed couple Angel Locsin and Neil Arce posted the first part of their home tour on their joint YouTube channel. Their new home, which was offered by Neil's family for the newlyweds, has been in the works for quite some time. According to them, they have been quite hands-on in turning this house into a “home.”
Angel and Neil had a laundry list of what their perfect home would be like. They considered several factors such as comfort, accessibility, budget, and more. Eventually, they found a house, and Angel called it a "huge blessing." According to the couple, there was still a lot of work to be done, like renovations, designing, and incorporating the couple's personalities. Angel and Neil themselves took the initiative in spearheading the design process, calling it their "simpleng project."
Though their new home is still quite far from what they consider as perfect and complete, we've already spotted noteworthy and cool details that you might want to have in your own home, too.

2. They have carefully curated their home decor with pieces that mean the most to them.
In the living room, the couple shared bits and pieces of their lives through their favorite art pieces that they've collected over the years. Angel's favorite piece was a Frederick Cacnio sculpture that the actress had bought from a Red Cross charity auction.
3. Their entire home has large windows that make the space airy and bright.
The couple made sure to compliment the airy yet cozy feeling by opting for neutral-colored furniture.
4. They have a secret door that leads to the utility room and their helpers' space.
The couple has also furnished the space to make their beloved help feel right at home.
5. They have a spacious garden and swimming pool.
Fun fact: It's where they held their intimate wedding reception after their super chill wedding!
