Remember Kathryn Bernardo’s jaw dropping workout selfies from last month? Yes? Well, the actress is taking her #fitspiration posts up a notch with a full-on workout video! As recently published on her YouTube channel, Kath finally shared her secret to getting those toned abs. With the guidance of three fitness experts, she demonstrates not just one, not even two, but three fitness routines that viewers can try to replicate at home.
"As you all know, since the quarantine began, I've been keeping myself busy by working out. But this time around, I pushed myself further with a 3-day fitness challenge! I asked three different trainors to guide me virtually and they also revealed some workout tips for everyone," Kath wrote on Instagram.
Kath spends Day 1 doing slow resistance training with Janie Hale of Elev8 Fitness Studio. The routine, which requires varying forms of planks, lunges, and burpees, works best with a Megaformer. Now if you don’t have that kind of equipment on hand like most of us, not to worry because Day 2 with Lovely Abella and Day 3 with lifestyle coach Mama Kat only require equipment that you probably already have at home: just a mat, a pair of socks, and sheer willpower.
