Want to finally hop on the "angelic" makeup look? There's no one better to ask advice from than the creative genius behind the TikTok-famous beauty trend—yep, we're talking about pro makeup artist Paul Unating, one of Preview's 50 Most Influential personalities for 2022 under the Beauty Gurus category.

The idea behind the look is to create a dainty glam that's reminiscent of an ethereal angel. Needless to say, we're head over heels in love with the literally glow associated with the angelic makeup trend! It certainly comes as no surprise that Paul is booked and busy, with brides lining up to for a chance to get dolled up in his makeup chair. But fret not, because you can always try your hand at recreating the popular look yourself. In fact, we asked Paul himself what exact blushes he uses on his celebrity muses to achieve the same radiant glam—and he gladly spilled the beans to Preview!
Paul Unating Reveals the Exact Blushes He Uses for the "Angelic" Makeup Look
Step 1: Cream Blush
"Brutally honest," he tells us, revealing that he actually starts with a cream blush from his very own makeup line, Peauty Beauty as the first step. "I use my Peauty Beauty for the base for my blushes because I find it more beautiful if I use them first before any powder blushes. My celebrity clients know this."
According to Paul, his go-to blush shades are In Love and Peauty for his fair to medium-toned muses, and he usually reaches for the shade Calltime for morena clients. The good news is that the product is pretty affordable—it retails at only P329 a pop. Be advised, though: It sells out pretty fast, so you might want to check out ASAP if you're lucky enough to be able to add to cart!

Step 2: Powder Blush
After applying cream blush on the apples of your cheeks, it's time to seal the deal by dusting some powder blush on top of it to help set your pretty flush. This not only gives dimension to the color but also makes it longer-lasting. Paul's go-to powder blushes are mostly luxury picks from big-ticket brands like Hermès and Chanel. Check them out below.
