When faced with any nerve-wracking situation, we'd take anything that'll help us power through. Red lipstick has yet to fail us in this regard, so really, it pays to always have a tube in your bag just in case. You never know when you'll need that extra confidence boost! You could even help a friend out somehow, the way Jung Sa Ha (Stephanie Lee) did with Seo Dal Mi (Bae Suzy) in Start-Up.
In episode seven, Sa Ha drove Dal Mi and Nam Do San (Nam Joo Hyuk) to a meeting with a potential client. Dal Mi insisted they could've taken the bus, but despite "not liking strangers in her car," Sa Ha wanted to help in making her look like "a hotshot CEO" so they'll have better chances at sealing the deal.
And as if that wasn't enough of a nice gesture from the usually cold co-worker, Sa Ha went on to grab a luxurious lipstick from her glove box, asking Dal Mi to put it on.

Needless to say, the touch of reddish coral on her pout made all the difference. Not all heroes wear capes—some of them offer their expensive lipsticks to their CEOs.

And you know us, of course we looked up what that exact shade of hotshot CEO red it was. It turned out to be a color from Lancôme's L'Absolu Rouge Intimatte line called Not Flirting, a matte lipstick made to create that trendy blurred lip look. And aside from the formula, the most luxurious thing about it is the cool click mechanism that releases the tube (you'll see it in action in the episode!).
