Uniqlo is teaming up with one of the most beloved and popular anime characters: Sailor Moon. The Japanese retail brand created a whole T-shirt line emblazoned with creator Naoko Takeuchi’s original Sailor Moon manga; each shirt costs P790.

2. Taylor Swift has a collab with Stella McCartney.

Just in time for the release of Taylor Swift's new album, the pop singer teamed up with British designer Stella McCartney to bring us an eco-friendly merchandise line. The collection features tees, bomber jackets, hoodies, and pullovers with tie-dye prints, lyrics, and of course, Taylor's cat Benjamin Button.

3. Kim Kardashian-West renames her shapewear line to "Skims."

After the Mayor of Kyoto wrote an open letter to Kim Kardashian-West asking for her to rethink "Kimono" as her brand's name, Kim now shares the new name of her shapewear line: Skims.

In an Instagram post, Kim hints that Skims was a name suggested by her fans and followers. She futher explained the thought behind the name. She writes, "I love the idea that the pieces will be the closest thing to someone’s skin, skimming with amazingly soft and supportive fabrics which accentuate the best parts of our bodies." The shapewear line is made to cater for sizes XXS to 5XL.

4. Maya Stepper and Miles McMilian are the new faces of 7 For All Mankind.

Models of the moment Maya Stepper and Miles McMilian front denim label 7 For All Mankind's Fall 2019 collection. The pair is seen clad in retro outfits inspired by the '70s and '90s. Expect a collection filled "with patent crinkle leather, indigo denim, liquid gold hues, soft suedes, exaggerated denim flares, romantic blouses, animal print jeans, suede trench coats, faux fur, and more."

5. H&M launches Global Change Award 2020.

In an effort to pursue a sustain­able fashion future and protect our planet, the non-profit H&M Foundation launched the Global Change Award (GCA) in 2015. According to a press statement, the initiative is considered to be "the Nobel Prize of fashion." This award is given to someone who is able to bring a "positive, durable change to our planet," says Amy Webb, member of Global Change Award 2019 Expert Panel. It is "an opportunity to think about technology, fashion, and the longer-term ambitions of humanity," she adds.
