With the abundance of fans she has across social media, it would simply be a crime for us to honor Sassa Gurl as one of the 50 Most Influential at this year's Preview Ball. Aside from being one of our awardees under the Life Pegs category, the content creator is also someone we totally adore for her quirky personal style, and her pink carpet look is proof.

What a killer look! Though, did you know that her outfit actually has a special meaning behind it? It was actually an ode to all the little queer kids playing dress-up in blankets. In fact, mima even uploaded a throwback photo on Instagram for a quick trip down memory lane. So precious!
Dubbed as "kumot kutur" by its designer, Arwin Meriales, Sassa's look was crafted using those uniquely Filipino floral blankets that we're all likely familiar with. The ensemble, styled by Jowie Namayan, is comprised of a corset top, jutted-out sleeves, and a flowing train. Pink rhinestones not only matched the tones of the blanket but also added heaps of pizzazz to the conceptual look.

The beauty department followed suit with her OOTD's fun and sparkly motif. Keiv Torres gave her a classic glammed-up beat with rhinestones shaping out one of her brows. Finishing things off was a tight, slicked back high ponytail done by Bhads Castor.
