Both queens from different realms, Pia Jauncey and Cynthia Erivo are two of the most sought-after names in fashion today. Creating viral red carpet moments is all part of the job for Pia and Cynthia, whose looks have gained each of them significant footing among the sartorial circuit. Recently, both were spotted modeling the same haute couture piece from Daniel Roseberry's Schiaparelli, and no one could've worn it as well as they did.

At the Tony Awards last June, Cynthia stepped in as the emcee, displaying a variety of looks throughout the evening. She kicked things off on the red carpet in a jaw-dropping Schiaparelli moment. A structural and intricately detailed off-shoulder top was offset by a champagne-hued column skirt that grazed the floor. The Wicked: For Good star was levitating with each step she took!

The majestic gown would then find itself swathed around Pia Jauncey. Stationed in a photogenic hotel room in Paris, the Preview Style Icon smized as she flaunted the frock. It would've been remiss of her not to take things up a notch with a selection of Bulgari high jewelry. Tres chic!

The Exact Dress Pia Jauncey and Cynthia Erivo Wore

As far as twinning moments go, Pia and Cynthia prove that, sometimes, the dress can do all of the talking.

The exact look was from Schiaparelli's Fall/Winter 2025 Haute Couture show, which creative director Daniel Roseberry conceived through a series of introspective questions: "Can’t the new also be worked, be baroque, be extravagant? Has our fixation on what looks or feels modern become a limitation? Has it cost us our imagination?"

The designer sought to create pieces that truly lived up to the classification of haute couture, which was all about excess and boundless references. Look 25, in particular, banked on some of his favorite design codes from the past century. "We took severe-shouldered prewar Schiaparelli jackets and simplified and elongated them, pairing them with 1990s-style simple bias-cut floor-length column skirts in double satins," he detailed. It's art deco meets 21st-century glamour, which is the only explanation we'll ever need.
