ICYMI, Nadine Lustre just bagged, not one, but two awards at the 48th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Gabi ng Parangal. She was named Star of the Night and Best Actress for her performance in the techno-horror film Deleter.

Of course, Nadine dressed to the nines to accept to her awards. Styled by Lyn Alumno, the Deleter leading lady wore a beige gown by Filipino designer Mara Chua. And while most people would veer away from this neutral color for a red carpet affair, Nadz proves it can be done! It all boils down to details. Nadine’s gown features a sultry off-shoulder detail, subtle draping, and corseted bodice to accentuate her curves, as it cascades into a dramatic train. Her gown also comes in a velvet-like fabric that elevated the color and gave a vintage vibe to her look.
Nadine then polished her unembellished gown with an eye-catching statement necklace by Jewelmer.

To make her entire outfit a tad more modern, Nadine tapped Jelly Eugenio for her makeup look.
Jelly posted on Instagram a closer look of her glam look, showing off tiny gold letters that spelled “Deleter” under Nadine’s eyes and across her nose bridge. Aside from the cute nod to Nadine’s latest hit, Jelly also reveals that this was his “favorite makeup” of the year, “not because it’s the most different nor is it something new–but because it has meaning,” he wrote on the caption.

He went on to share that he had this look “saved for a year” and thought that Nadine’s role in “Deleter” was the perfect opportunity to use the peg. Jelly also admits that it was meant for Nadine’s red carpet look, but he accidentally lost the gold letters!
But, as fate would seemingly have it (and Mimi Qui's help), Jelly’s planned makeup look finally pushed through on the same night Nadine and Deleter swept awards at MMFF’s Gabi ng Parangal! Awww!
Deleter won a total of seven awards at this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival. They bagged titles for Best Sound, Best Editing, Best Visual Effects, Best Cinematography, and Best Picture. Mikhail was also awarded Best Director for his work on the film, while Nadine bagged Best Actress.
