Michelle Dee Stuns in a Woven Ensemble by Francis Libiran for a Concert Performance
The 2025 Best Dressed honoree delivers yet another standout fashion moment.

At the “That’s Amore” concert, Michelle Dee stepped onstage in a structured woven ensemble by Francis Libiran—fresh off the designer’s grand, streetwear-inflected collection “Fast Zone,” unveiled at the Araneta Coliseum just a few weeks prior.
Michelle was among the evening’s performers. The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 titleholder sang her version of Maki’s chart-topping track “Dilaw.” The annual program, staged at the Aliw Theater in San Juan, partnered with the ASP Performers from the Autism Society Philippines to champion inclusivity through music.

The ensemble distilled Francis’ signature approach to sculptural tailoring and meticulous craftsmanship. The look paired a generous, angular jacket—designed with an off-center neckline, enlarged collars, and roomy sleeves—with a coordinated mini skirt featuring an extended pocket detail.
Beyond the silhouette, the true star of the show was the woven construction itself. The piece’s form was achieved through careful handweaving, allowing the structure to hold its shape while showcasing the designer’s technical control.
The look Michelle wore debuted during Francis' runway-concert experience called “Fast Zone.” Held on October 26, the seasoned designer introduced an extensive 150-piece lineup—his most ambitious to date across 27 years of practice.
A central thread of the collection was his take on streetwear, approached through the techniques of couture, which he’s honed through the years. That vision is clearly reflected in Michelle’s outfit, which she styled with nude stiletto sandals for a clean, streamlined finish.
