If you're a Downton Abbey addict (like some of us at Preview HQ are), you'll know the importance of dressing up for dinner. Though it was no less than the very best finery for the Crawleys, much has changed since the 1920s—people don't amp things all the way to veritable crystal chandeliers for a sit-down meal anymore, but we think it's still important to polish your look come nighttime. That said, what do you think about slashed denims and flat slides at dinner? We know we're totally contradicting ourselves (what would Granny say about jeans at the table?!), but Tricia Gosingtian-Gabunada is just so good at convincing us that it's 101% doable.

All it took to take this look from off-duty to out-and-about is one very chic, very trendy piece: an asymmetrical, single-shouldered black top!

All that's left to do is to throw on a Gucci sling and some pretty drop earrings and your ripped jeans can curtsy to polite company. Now, ring for the butler.
