Kris Aquino is about to make her Hollywood dreams come true. Just yesterday she posted on her Instagram account that she had officially signed her contract for an upcoming Hollywood movie.
A couple of months after a whirlwind of auditions that eventually landed The Queen of All Media a role in the much anticipated movie adaptation of Kevin Kwan's Crazy Rich Asians, she is now off to Singapore to shoot her scenes.
Not only did she hand carry all her costumes with her, which include creations from local designers Michael Leyva and Dubai-baised couture master Michael Cinco, she also dropped a hint at the character she'll be portraying in the film.
Kris captions her Instagram post, "Thank you @michaelleyva_ & THE @michael5inco for truly making me gowns befitting a 'princess'- yes, flying to fulfill a dream." Now, if you recall, we came up a list of possible roles she could be playing. And with Kris's keyword—princess—everything seems clearer now! Could she be playing the Sultana of Borneo, first spotted by Kitty Pong and was described as someone who was "covered head to toe in diamonds?"
With Kris flying to Singapore with Michael Cinco and Michael Leyva gowns, she could surely pull off being an Asian princess!
