Iza Calzado took us all (even herself) by surprise when she formally announced her pregnancy last August. Since then, the 40-year-old actress been radiating an elegant glow that could only be attributed to the little one inside her tummy. Work hasn't been at a full stop for her though, as she's been popping by events and TV guestings with a new plus one over the past couple of months.
In everything this mama-to-be has been busy with, she's made sure to, of course, dress comfortably while still looking as stylish as she's always been. 1. ICYDK, Iza actually has a new series titled K-Love streaming on Viu! During the rom-com's exclusive first screening, she graced the red carpet in an cream-hued Rajo Laurel jumpsuit that had sheets of fabric flowing in front and behind her. She was such an elegant sight!
2. Off to a special dinner hosted by Rosanna Ocampo, the actress channeled her fierceness in a B&W leopard print midi that had dramatic fringe at its hem and a little ribbon to tie around her baby bump.
3. Another day, another glamorous rendezvous for this soon-to-be-mom! Local silkwear label Syne tailored a piece from their bridal collection to better suit the dress code for one of Iza's evening affairs. The thigh-high slit and halter neckline made the dress look like it was sculpted on her!
4. Another milestone Iza's already shared with her little one was having a glamorous Charriol necklace be named after her. For the special event, the actress wore a sleek LWD with ruching details that accentuated her tummy.
5. On one of her first public appearances after breaking the good news, Iza was a vision in white thanks to a lace-adorned midi and heeled sandals. Simple but oh-so-chic!
6. Dressing things down just a bit for a quick beach getaway, the 40-year-old kept things fuss free with a ribbed white two-piece, a rattan handbag, and slippers. It's important to soak up some vitamin D, expectant mamas!
7. Looking as cheerful for motherhood as ever, Iza lounged in a vibrant golden yellow tent dress from Charina Sarte. We reckon it's the perfect frock to wear straight to a laidback dinner by the pool.
8. Another summery piece both Iza and her baby would approve of is this tiered number that comes in multiple colors. Not only is it cute, but it's flowy silhouette makes sure her tummy isn't restricted at all.
