2. Alberta Ferretti
The socialite made the streets of Milan shine dressed in a pink chiffon frock from Italian fashion designer Alberta Ferretti. Draped to her figure like a second skin, Heart played on textures by pairing the shocking pink creation with glittering Jimmy Choo boots and a mini Hermès Kelly on hand.
3. Roberto Cavalli
Once evening fell, Heart made her way to Roberto Cavalli, where she brought her signature elegance.
