The Preview Most Influential 50 honoree is currently stationed at Milan for the week-long affair, and we're all waiting with bated breath to see what looks she'll be stepping onto the streets in. One of her first OOTDs for the event was, quite literally, a feast for the eyes.

Heart was totally serving it (get it?) in a playful yet sleek Moschino ensemble. Fresh off the house's Fall 2022 collection, it had gold cutlery adorning the front of her jacket and dangling from a chain belt. This was definitely a more off-kilter choice from Heart, but hey, we can only ever expect her to keep pushing the envelope. It takes formal wear to a whole different level!
For her tote of the day, she went for a mini bag from the same collection, continuing the dining motif and black and gold color scheme. And for a little variation, Heart accessorized the look with a pair of angel-shaped earrings. The gold figurines, side by side with her rosy makeup and cherry red lip, had her looking so elegant!
Wrapping things up were some black platform heels, care of Giuseppe Zanotti. A perfect punctuation mark to an uber fun yet still classy look!
This high fashion ensemble definitely tickled Heart's followers, and a good number of them couldn't help themselves from making quips about her OOTD's quirky motif. One person even commented, "Next outfit nya [may] kaldero [at] rice cooker."
Heart was totally in on the joke, and couldn't help but poke fun at her own lewk. "Ihanda na ang adobo," she captioned in her IG stories. LOL!
