In case you didn't know, Heart Evangelista was recently in Baguio to celebrate her birthday and wedding anniversary with Gov. Francis "Chiz" Escudero. They stayed in Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges, an 82-hectare property set in the Cordillera mountains, where you can enjoy breathtaking views from 5,300 feet above sea level. It's almost like a slice of heaven, and naturally, Heart packed well for the breezy weather!
A master at layering in style, Heart took to her Instagram Stories to give her followers a peek of her OOTD: a powder blue coat worn over several pieces in tweed to keep her cozy, a pair of white pointy-toed ankle boots, and—drumroll, please—Chanel logo tights!
Of course, not that we're surprised, because Heart has always been a true-blue Chanel girl. (Remember her infamous fries shaped in the French fashion house's interlocking CC logo?) Well, her latest acquisition just so happened to be a pair of white stockings—but not just any stockings, mind you! These luxury logo tights originally debuted on Chanel's Autumn 2020 runway spearheaded by the brand's new creative director Virginie Viard, effectively stealing the show. Available in either black or white, they reappeared on the Instagram feeds of high-profile influencers months later, and Vogue Paris has since called them the "ultimate fall accessory."
Here's another look at Chanel's logo tights being worn by Heart! "Let's normalize wearing stockings in tropical weather," the actress captions her post.
Interested? Well, according to British Vogue, these covetable tights retail for £330 a pair or approximately P22,090. They're not currently available online or on the Chanel website, though, so a purchase can only be made in-store.
